ANYTOWN -- XYZ Training Centers, Inc. has announced it successfully delivered its hands-on, computer software training to the large corporate staff of Philadelphia-based ABC Pharmaceutical Services.

XYZ’s staff trained up to 1,000 of ABC’s Pharmaceutical’s employees in 17 different locations in the Eastern United States, the Midwest and Puerto Rico.

"We are indeed pleased with how smoothly the training process went, especially with such a large staff spread out over several states," said John R. Smith, Manager of General Applications for ABC Pharmaceutical Services. "And we are no less than delighted the training curriculum came in at $11,000 under budget."

Instructors taught the ABC Pharmaceutical staff XYZ’s certification curriculum to upgrade CC:Mail to Lotus Notes R4.6, and a customized curriculum for Mobile, which is used by employees on the road.

The training sessions took place in nine states, including at several locations in Pennsylvania and at one in New Jersey. Portable classrooms with 13 laptops were set up at each location. For instruction in Puerto Rico, XYZ’s staff translated the curriculum into Spanish.

"We customized our curriculum to meet the needs of an expansive and spread out company such as ABC Pharmaceutical." said XYZ’s Training Centers President James Hall. "We were even able to accommodate ABC’s Spanish-speaking staff in Puerto Rico."
