The landmark agreement completed between our parent organization, XYZ, and our new partner, CDE, now offers the exciting prospect of combining resources to deliver outstanding healthcare. This union will create a full range of hospital-based, outpatient, home care and community-based services – many of which will especially help the underprivileged and poor.

The newly expanded system is also blessed because the missions and values of the merging groups are similar, with mutual commitments to providing extraordinary healthcare. The founders of these groups and the hospitals they helped nurture have shared similar visions of well-being and hope for the sick and poor. This new combination of facilities, missions and values will only strengthen the ability to thrive in the constantly changing and competitive healthcare environment, and at the same time, meet the evolving needs of communities served by Medical Health Inc.

We are committed to seeing a smooth transfer of operations – to ensure that physicians, employees and patients will not be inconvenienced during the transfer process. With the completion of this process, evaluations will continue on how to incorporate new services and areas of expertise resulting from the merger. No elimination of positions is anticipated, and employees will remain at their current salaries and seniority levels with the transfer.

Within the upcoming weeks, separate forums will be held to give new employees a chance to learn more about Medical Health Inc.’s unique mission and values.
